EMS offers the appropriate fleece for each cleaning purpose. We do not distribute simple paper wipes because an ideal cleaning process needs the security that your cleaning wipe does not tear. A further advantage of our fleece is the large receptiveness of substrates and liquids.

Our understencil cleaning rolls are the recognized industry standard, for cleaning the bottom of stencils and keeping them free from paste and flux between prints.

Wiping with EMS rolls prevents smearing, balls of solder, and other problems related to the stencil printing onto PC Board.

EMS wiping rolls are tough, absorbent and mechanically stressable. They effectivly remove solder pastes, fluxprints and epoxies with or without solvent.

EMS also offers customized cleaning rolls according to your specific needs.

EMS understencil cleaning rolls are available in two versions: „Standard“ non-woven with a weight of 73g/sqm, and „Vacuum“ non-woven with 37g/sqm. While „Standard“ is highly absorbent, „Vacuum“ is your best bet when using the vacuum-cleaning system of your printer to its best.

EMS fleece rolls are durable, absorptive, and mechanically resilient. They remove epoxides, remnants of paste, flux, and ink, regardless of whether with or without solvent.

The standard fleece roll has a weight of 73 g/m². Its main asset is its absorbency and therefore it is often deployed in rather `wet´ purification processes.

The vacuum fleece roll with a weight of 37 g/m² is absolutely convincing by its purification features for usage of a vacuum cleaning system inside the printer. It is the most frequently selected version of fleece at EMS.
